Primary Homes Inc. is a construction and development company that has built multimillion-dollar homes throughout luxurious Southern California neighborhoods for over 23 years. After all this time our passion to realize our clients’ dreams has only grown.

We grew our company from the ground up. Vinnie Sasson, our CEO, learned the trade working construction while simultaneously attending school to earn his contractor’s license. Over time and dedication, Vinnie earned the experience and resources to launch his own start up, Primary Homes, in 2000.

Primary Homes boasts a wide range of clientele which includes high-profile actors, musicians, studio executives, and more. Today, we collaborate with renowned architects and interior designers. As Vinnie states, “Our aim is to realize our customers’ dreams. We feel the unique relationship developed during our projects leads to perfect results.”

While we specialize in luxury homes, Primary Homes also works with homeowners who require more modest construction projects. That doesn’t mean, however, their dreams are any less important. We enjoy accepting clients who are looking for a partial or full-remodel. We also offer renovations, additions, ADUs, landscaping, hardscaping, pool construction, and more. No matter the project, our goal is always the same: the project completed on time, on budget.
